1 Year Anniversary!

 Well, today we celebrated the fact that The 3rd Place has been around for over 1 year now. We would like to thank our members; many of whom started with us in January of 2010. So as a small token of our appreciation we hosted a lunch buffet - Buca di Beppo - which, after filling our bellies, put us all in the mood for a nap.

We are looking forward to another great year!

Looks like a series of engaging and highly worthwhile workshops for small business owners

Starting in January, the U of M's Office for Business Community and Economic Development will be offering seven workshops for small business owners on a variety of topics, including innovation, financial skills, and accessing capital.

Donation of Food earns you a FREE day of Coworking @the3rdplacemn - Please RT

Bring a bag of non-perishable food to The 3rd Place and place it by our X-mas tree (during our hours of operation) and stay for a FREE DAY of Co-working. Its that simple. All donations will be delivered to a local food shelf on December 23, 2010.

Coworking in the Twin Cities went from concept to reality with the launch of coworking at Crema Cafe in November 2009. As one of the co-founders of the Crema group I'm thrilled to announce the launch of the 3rd place at Crema Cafe in February 2010.
